What else is there to do on a Sunday? Mike is watching the Packer game (GO PACK!) And we are at the inlaws.

I can't wait to get started on my newest game though. It is actually rated M (which by today standards mean it might have blood in it. Sorry I just hate todays censors.) I will pop it in after putting Genna to bed tonight.

I am also excited because I found a new Xenosaga site, godsibb.net! Damco-or whoever owns the rights now-is really stupid not to continue the series. Or maybe smart and want to wait out the "dumbing" down of games that seems to be going on now.

Anywhoo I cannot wait to see what my DA friends are up to. I love seeing all of your arts even if I don't comment on all of them!

Well the Packers lost darn receivers, and I started The Last Remnant. Ugh this battle system stinks. Man I miss the days of doing something real in battles like Xenogears or even XS2, I mean at least you had to think and not just push buttons.

Genna found some friends in the neighborhood, so I have a bit of free time again. Sweet!! Even if they destroy the basement when her friends are over - three kids in one room...

Just finished my first playthrough of Tales of the Abyss. I started the game a while back, but hated the battle system. It ended up on the bookshelf for a while. Then played Tales of Vesperia, and it helped.

Jade is my favorite character. I love him in his Evil Fonist? outfit. Especially just before the last battle (trying not to spoil anyone). Maybe it's the red eyes and red cape. I am so going to take a pic of that when I fight Van again...Maybe fire up GIMP and make a siggy, who knows.

Mike bought me Ar Tonelico 1 & 2 for my birthday. He is playing 2 right now. Genna yelled at me for hogging the TV with the PS2 and Xbox. So I think I will finish FFIV on her DS.

Yes we are settling in. Hopefully we will start painting this weekend. Genna picked out gold (actually more of a bronze, but shhh) and a mauvy pink color for her room. Her two favorite colors. So what I have planned is one wall the gold, the opposite the pink, and the other two a checkerboard pattern with the white. Most of her furniture is white. Wish me luck!!

Our room will be a simple blue.



I just started to play Ar Tonelico 1. With a huge shout out to Mike because I was running around in circles in the SPU. Now I am starting phase 3. I don't like the trend of game running the credits in the middle of them. I don't mind an extra scene or two, but give me a break.

Mango and Watson are fitting in quite well. They are such wonderful kittens, and I love the humane society so much for letting us have them.

Now to get ready for work

Well new to us at least. Yeah I know I haven't updated in a while. I've been super busy. Mike and I purchased our first house and we just moved in last week. It is not a huge house, but we really don't need it for the three of us. We also added two new members to the family...Watson and Mango. They are both cats. Watson is 7 months and looks like an orange tabby. Mango is a blue and cream diluted shorthair. Which is a fancy way of saying she is blue and light brown mix. She is 1.5 years old.

The nice thing about moving from an apartment to a house is the new stuff you get to buy. I am currently waiting for our new loveseat and couch.

It is inevitable as soon as it warms up a little everyone gets sick. And I do mean everyone - Coworkers, classmates, you name it.

Friday Genna got a note sent home from school about all the kids being sick. Looks like the second grade got hit the hardest. (yeah /sarcasm)

I have to give Genna credit though she gave me the germs before getting sick herself. Mike is the only one that is not getting sick.

There's just too much stuff going on now.
